For 3 months, I and a team of students from BHSAD have been working on the task of monetizing the business and developing a b2b service with a subscription form of monetization for SberDevices.
PROBLEM №1
The answering machine must be monetized.
PROBLEM №2
In the voice assistant market, lots of competition, but no answering machine for small businesses.
STEP BY STEP
UX reserch: a quantitative survey that showed that people 56% of those surveyed are our target audience. Benchmarking - analysis of voice-assistants on the market. In-depth interviews with 24 respondents to confirm hypotheses.
STEP ONE - find problems
Make jobs + 2 user portraits: "When I don't have enough money for an assistant, I want someone to do my chores for me" We saw a solution to the problem of phone calls for small businesses.
STEP TWO - JTBD
The first iterations of the prototype were the creation of an eco-system around a b2c answering machine. About 50 screens were drawn with features: calendar for business, creation of custom scripts.
STEP THREE - UI
Usability testing was done using the RITE method. There were about 10 tests and 5 modifications of screens, Including User flow.

The showreel shows the main new features of an answering machine for b2b. Video made by me in Aftereffects.
The new answering machine can now analyze and respond on behalf of a small business, such as a manicurist. Meanwhile, the master can not be distracted by the call, because the answering machine will transcribe everything and write the client to the database and put an entry in the calendar.
